Why I’m Writing This Book
I don’t write to fill pages. I write because I see what too many leaders can’t — or won’t.
My first book, Risk Starts and Ends with People, laid the foundation: showing that risk isn’t about systems or tick-boxes. It’s about people — how we lead them, how we value them, and how we protect them.
Since then, I’ve worked alongside executives, boards, and teams in some of the most demanding environments.
