Whether we like it or not, we are all in the business of people. In “Risk starts and ends with people” the Author goes on to provide key insights based on human Psychology and well researched case studies that is easy to understand and more importantly implement not just into our businesses but also in the way we turn up and interact with the world at large. From someone that has spent almost a decade working with professional sporting teams, Specialised units within the Defence force and leading teams through some of the of the most inhospitable locations I wish this book was available much earlier. Do your self a favour and give yourself the edge of understanding how “Risk” starts and Ends with people.
