Clarity Workshop

A transformative experience designed to provide the Clarity and insight needed to navigate these challenges effectively

Businesses today are juggling many priorities and interdependent influencers that can have consequences if not managed. The majority of business environments today are dynamic and fast paced; and still, organisations are constantly striving to ‘PROTECT The House’, achieve success, and build resilience. However, they often encounter symptoms that signal potential areas of concern, such as disengaged employees, conflicting priorities, and uncertainty about the organisation’s direction and future. Sometimes even with our best intentions, the very measures we use to try and protect our business might in advertently create new risks.

These warning signs highlight the need for a business health assessment. With the right diagnosis and treatment, organisations can course correct and thrive once again. This journey towards alignment and resilience begins with gaining Clarity.

Why we need Clarity:

We understand the importance of addressing these symptoms and the implications of when they don’t get addressed. Many of the symptoms observed are as a result of unintentional misalignments between the organisation’s identity and its operations, how it is actually showing up.

That is why we created the ‘Clarity Workshop’, providing a ‘safe zone’ for board members and executives to participate in an interactive experience designed to deliver clarity and actionable insights. Through this workshop, organisations can diagnose symptoms of misalignment between their operations and core identity. Participants will engage in a live diagnostic process, identifying areas of strength and weakness across four key pillars. Expert facilitators will guide the exploration of each pillar, helping organisations realign their practices with their mission and values.

The Clarity Workshop

Welcome to the Clarity Workshop, we understand the complexities and pressures that organisational leaders face. That’s why we’ve curated a transformative experience designed to provide the Clarity and insight needed to navigate these challenges effectively. With a team of expert facilitators, with the ‘Clarity Workshop’ we will guide participants through each phase, or “pillar,” of the workshop, empowering them to assess their current state, identify areas of alignment or misalignment, and take the crucial first steps towards course correction.

Clarity is far from mainstream; this is something different.

Why Disengagement Needs To Be Addressed

It is worth noting that one of the largest risks to any organisation’s today is ‘disengagement’. Many executives’ associate disengagement with productivity and don’t consider the risk exposure. When employees are disengaged, they are at best satisfied with the bare minimum level of productivity and focus. Which is why statistic shared from Gallup’s recent State of the Global Workplace: 2023 Report, that 77% of workers are not engaged or are actively disengaged, and they also highlighted the employee stress remained at a record high, which is incredibly concerning. That means nearly 4 out of five people are not engaged, including your managers.

When it comes to disengaged employees in the context of risk, there are three concerns:

Lack of attention leads to errors, and ‘unintentional’ insider threats which is the most common type, making up two-thirds of incidents.

A lack of situational awareness, they don’t even see there is a risk.

A low ‘care factor’ if they do identify a threat or vulnerability, they see it as “someone else’s problem.”

This is why disengagement is so important and why you need to take a person-centric approach to reduce your organisational risk profile. If you wish to ‘PROTECT The House’, an engaged workforce is critical for your success, as your employees touch every aspect of your business.
